Explore CVM's Raising Healthy Animals series of books which were written with owners of small farms and agricultural development workers in mind.  Our desire is that they would help you to develop an appropriate livestock program to meet your needs. They are excellent for training in a school setting.

Because these books are written in basic, easy to understand English they are a great gift for someone whose first language is not English.  Consider bringing some of these books with you on your short-term mission trip to leave with the community you visit. 

Four of our titles are available in Spanish, one in French, and our most popular book, Where There is No Animal Doctor, is available in Rusian and Mandarin Chinese.  You can also pick up a biography of CVM's founder, Dr. Leroy Dorminy, entitled Mission Vets.
